Foil-Grip Rolled Mastic Sealant by Hardcast

UL 181-B-FX listed pressure sensitive, 40-year cycle, duct joint and general purpose rolled sealant. Cut to desired length, peel off release liner, apply with enough pressure to assure complete contact. Provides an instant water-resistant grip to most surfaces including sheet metal, duct board, flex duct, PVC coated duct, and vapor barrier duct wrap. Cannot be repositioned after application; must be removed using solvent and new length applied. Mill finish aluminum substrate with butyl adhesive/sealant. Applied product is 17 mils thick, fully bonds in 24 hours with zero VOC offgassing. Available in single 100′ rolls in 2″ or 3″ widths, or by the case (24 – 2″ rolls or 16 – 3″ rolls)
