Shipping and Returns Policy

Our primary shipping partner is UPS. All shipping costs are priced from a UPS “calculator” however items may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or common carrier at our option. UPS cannot ship to PO boxes.  Shipping charges and delivery times/dates are only estimates and may vary.  We always do our best to get things delivered when you expect but regardless of shipping option delivery dates are not guaranteed.  Items may be shipped from our location or directly from manufacturer or other location. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and freight charges.  Due to circumstances beyond our control shipments abroad may be subject to unknown customs/duties/excise taxes which will paid by recipient. Upon receipt, packages should be carefully inspected for shipping damage. Any damages should be referred to the shipping/freight company. Return shipping/freight will be paid by purchaser and tracking must be provided to us prior to return.  All approved non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused and may be subject to a restocking fee.  Cancelled orders are subject to 3% credit card processing fee.
